Cosmetic and bathing sponges are our specialty. Skillful technicians perform specialized techniques in cleaning, cutting, trimming and, most importantly, sorting out the highest quality of sponges for the cosmetics trade. The reason is plain and simple: Cosmetic and bathing sponges - unlike painting and artistic sponges - are being used to care for the human body and, therefore, have to be the softest, the cleanest and of the highest possible quality.

Our cosmetic and bathing sponges are always fully cleaned and they are bleached to acquire their bright yellow attractive color. Our silk cosmetic sponges come from the Mediterranean or the Caribbean and are exceptionally soft and absorbent. An excellent tool for the make-up artist and an indispensable necessity of everyday life, these fine-pored sponges can be used again and again (with proper care—please refer to our special note). The silk sponges are the ultimate skin care accessory.

There are two major types/grades of bathing sponges. Our sea-wool sponges are the softest and most absorbent of all sponges. They are also the most desirable, as they embody the ultimate experience in bathing. As a more affordable alternative, our sea-grass sponges are also soft and absorbent although not to the degree of the wool sponges. Also, they are not as long-lasting as the wool sponges.
